Create Intentions

Identifying what you want to accomplish – your desires, your goals – is only one part of the process. There’s something else lurking. Ask yourself, what’s important about that thing that I want?  Once you name what you’re striving for, explore the feeling underneath. When we are connected to the why we are doing things, the things we are doing flow clearly. 


How do you want to be as you work towards your goals? How will you be once you reach your goals? There aren’t right answers to these questions. Practice wondering rather than knowing. There are infinite possibilities. And, intentions are not set in stone. If an intention starts to feel like it’s controlling you, set it free and set a new intention. Intentions change and evolve as we learn and grow. Give yourself permission to reflect and adjust as you work to accomplish more of what matters.
